new cavalry unit for TAA called agusticlavius (-vii in plural)
i think they were nobles, i cannot find many in the net about them, but they sure existed.

Unit suggestions out of context are completely useless chris. You mean the Augusticlavii, the bodyguards of Augustus.

There's no real reason to include them, they were few and didn't play any major role in battles. We have no individual bodyguards in TAA. The Praetoriani or Hetairoi were bodyguards with a long tradition and a more extended usage in battles.

For a Roman unit this is also the wrong thread Wink
